- The Rates page describes the costs and format required of advertising on this site.
- The page advertising will be required to be tasteful and attractive to the discriminating eye. And you should expect to address two markets - regional and international, since they make up the three aspects of the travel industry that will be targeted:
- 1. Regional (inter-island regional tourism),
- 2. Traditional (non-regional tourism into the region)
and- 3. Non-traditional (regionals travelling to international destinations).
- Server statistics will be made available to advertisers on request at additional cost.
- This site will contain top and bottom banner ad locations, on every page. Banner links may be to a page or to an email address.
- Advertising must be paid for in advance, and any applicable discount will be valid for that pre-paid period only.
www.CaribbeanAvenue.com was initially created with the object of making it the premiere "gateway" (or "portal") site for the eastern Caribbean, and has been widened to include the entire Caribbean basin.
These pages are optimised for the fastest use by slow connections and v3 browsers or better. Graphics are optimised for best compression and smallest file size, and the use of extraneous code in the pages is avoided. Frames are also not used for a number of reasons.
